ABOUT Hallie Elizabeth
I'm HALLIE ELIZABETH — a brand designer and visual storyteller based in California, with over a decade of experience building identities that feel as good as they look.
I'm drawn to brands that hold people. Gathering places, healing spaces, community-rooted businesses, and the beautifully strange territory of human experience — desire, ritual, embodiment, belonging. Whether I'm designing an immersive restaurant environment, a skincare line rooted in ritual, or an oracle deck exploring love and the body, I'm asking the same questions: what does this feel like to be inside? What does it ask of the people who encounter it?
Before making things full-time, I spent years in community mental health — sitting with people in hard moments, connecting them to care. Art and design became another way of doing that. I'm currently pursuing licensure as a clinical social worker because that calling has always been bigger than any single form it takes. It's the same thread, followed deeper.
My illustration work has been included in features by Juxtapoz, Beautiful Bizarre, and the National Museum of Women in the Arts. I've worked with clients recognized by Vogue, Edible Magazine, and SF Gate.
